Education Partnerships

We have partnered with the Alzheimer's Association to raise awareness  Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. The Greater Maryland Chapter Alzheimer's Association provides support groups, free education programs and online services. We serve Baltimore City and the following counties: Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester.    

Dementia Friendly Washington County is an initiative of Betty's Wish a local non-profit dedicated to helping seniors and caregivers thrive to provide community education and training throughout Washington County. They are focused on providing education programs for dementia and senior care which foster empathy, enhance communication, and improve support strategies among caregivers, healthcare professionals, and the community to elevate quality of life and sense of self for persons living with dementia.
